These terms govern your use of the Ram & Thistle website (ramandthistle.com), operated by Petra Moore LLC.
General use
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
Products and orders
All items are handmade and may vary slightly from photographs. Colours may appear differently on screen than in person. Descriptions and sizing are provided as accurately as possible.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Commissions
Custom commissions are subject to separate terms agreed upon between the buyer and Petra Moore LLC before work begins. Deposits for commissions are non-refundable once work has started.
Shipping and returns
Shipping times and costs vary by item and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the damage.
Because items are handmade, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Exchanges or refunds for damaged items are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including photographs, text, illustrations, patterns, and designs — is the property of Petra Moore LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Limitation of liability
This site and its contents are provided "as is." Petra Moore LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
